Oversize/Additional Handling Fees
Oversize/Additional handling fees may apply to oversized items and are based on size and weight. The charge is shown on the product page in brackets next to the item's price. These fees are in addition to the standard delivery charge.
- EXPEDITED DELIVERY
We offer Two Business Day and Next Business Day Shipping for orders placed before 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.
Expedited delivery rates start at $19.95 for Two Business Day delivery and $29.95 for Next Business Day delivery and increase based on the size of your order. The delivery charge will be shown in your cart.
Shipments to HI, AK, and PR require Expedited Delivery.
Select large and heavy items are delivered only by our Doorway or In-Home Delivery services.
Oversize/Additional Handling Fees
A delivery surcharge may apply to expedited items weighing over 10 lbs. and will be calculated at checkout. Our terms are FOB shipping point. Your credit card will not be charged until your item ships.
- TRUCK/DOORWAY DELIVERY
Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. Unpacking, placement in a room, packaging removal, and assembly are not included. In-home placement and packaging removal is available by upgrading to In-home Delivery.
The minimum fee is $149 and will be calculated during checkout and applied to your final order total.

Truck/Doorway Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks from the date an item is shipped but may vary depending on where your home is located.
Truck/Doorway Deliveries are scheduled within a 4-hour window between 8 AM and 5 PM.
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a date and a 4-hour delivery window.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, and gated entrances.
- IN-HOME DELIVERY
Delivery professionals will bring the item into your home, place it where you want it, inspect it, and remove packaging materials as needed. Assembly is not included.
The minimum fee is $199 per shipment. A custom delivery quote, based on the total shipping weight and destination of your order, will be provided during checkout.

On your delivery day, our delivery partner will call to alert you about 30 minutes before arriving at your home. Please prepare by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
